Conditions We Treat
Choice Behavioral Health Network provides psychiatric evaluation and ongoing treatment for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns. Treatment is individualized based on each patient’s symptoms, history, diagnosis, goals, and clinical needs. Depending on the condition and individual treatment plan, care may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, medication monitoring, supportive interventions, and coordination with therapists and other healthcare professionals.
ADHD
Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder can affect attention, organization, impulse control, school or work performance, relationships, and daily functioning. We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management when clinically appropriate, and ongoing follow-up to monitor symptoms, functioning, medication response, and treatment goals.
Anxiety Disorders
Anxiety may involve excessive worry, racing thoughts, restlessness, physical tension, difficulty concentrating, sleep disturbance, avoidance, or fear that interferes with everyday life. We evaluate anxiety symptoms and develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, supportive care, and coordination with therapy.
Depression
Depression may affect mood, motivation, energy, sleep, concentration, appetite, relationships, and overall functioning. Our psychiatric providers evaluate the severity and pattern of symptoms and develop personalized treatment plans designed to improve functioning and emotional well-being.
Bipolar Disorder
Bipolar disorder can involve periods of depression along with episodes of mania or hypomania, changes in sleep and energy, impulsivity, irritability, and significant shifts in mood or functioning. We provide psychiatric assessment, medication management, ongoing symptom monitoring, and individualized follow-up care.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
OCD can involve intrusive or unwanted thoughts, repetitive behaviors, mental rituals, checking, reassurance seeking, or other compulsions that interfere with daily life. Psychiatric treatment may include medication management when appropriate and coordination with therapists providing evidence-based psychotherapy.
PTSD & Trauma-Related Conditions
Trauma-related symptoms may include intrusive memories, nightmares, anxiety, hypervigilance, avoidance, sleep disturbance, irritability, or changes in mood. We provide psychiatric evaluation and individualized treatment that may include medication management and coordination with trauma-focused therapy.
Panic Disorder
Panic disorder can involve recurrent panic attacks, intense physical symptoms, fear of future attacks, and avoidance of situations associated with panic. We evaluate these symptoms and develop individualized treatment plans to reduce symptoms and improve daily functioning.
Insomnia & Sleep Concerns
Difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, maintaining a consistent sleep schedule, or obtaining restorative sleep can significantly affect mental and physical well-being. We assess psychiatric, behavioral, medication-related, and other factors that may contribute to sleep concerns and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
Schizophrenia & Other Psychotic Disorders
For patients appropriate for outpatient telehealth care, we provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing medication management for schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders. Treatment may include monitoring symptoms, medication effectiveness, side effects, functioning, and coordination with other members of the patient’s healthcare team.
Autism-Related Behavioral & Emotional Concerns
We provide psychiatric care for co-occurring mental health and behavioral concerns that may affect autistic children, adolescents, and adults, including anxiety, ADHD symptoms, mood concerns, irritability, behavioral changes, and sleep difficulties. Psychiatric services are individualized to the patient’s needs and do not replace comprehensive autism testing when formal diagnostic testing is required.
Child & Adolescent Mood and Behavioral Concerns
Children and adolescents may experience changes in mood, anxiety, attention, behavior, sleep, school functioning, emotional regulation, or family relationships. We provide age-appropriate psychiatric evaluation and treatment planning while involving parents or guardians as clinically appropriate.
